The Strappelli Vineyards are situated in the locality of Villa Torri and consist of twelve hectares of medium textured soil tending to gravel.
They host five vineyards, two of which have been there for over thirty years.
The "espalier" system is adopted for planting and the vines are exposed to the south East. The vines, typical of the territory, are cultivated organically. They include Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, Pecorino, Passerina and local Malvasia. The yield per hectare, inferior to that established by production specifications, guarantees a product of better quality and taste. A careful thinning process carried out manually allows a selection of the best bunches of grapes.
